| 2.檢體傳送要求 |
採檢後以室溫立即傳送，如無法立即傳送請保存於4℃冰箱，最多24小時，超過時需冷凍於-20℃或-80℃冰箱，以低溫傳送。

| 4.檢體之儲存條件 |
(1)傳送前儲存條件：
採檢後以室溫立即傳送，如無法立即傳送請保存於4℃冰箱，最多24小時，超過時需冷凍於-20℃或-80℃冰箱。

(2)檢體上機(檢驗)前儲存條件：
檢體接收後若無法立即操作則暫保存4℃冰箱中，當天進行RNA萃取操作。若當天無法進行RNA萃取，血液檢體需離心分離血漿，保存於-70℃冰箱。
|
(3)檢驗後檢體儲存條件：
剩餘檢體保存於-70℃冰箱至少1年

| 11.適應症 |
提供檢體是否含腸病毒核糖核酸之檢測，不適合作為診斷腸病毒感染狀態使用。

12.臨床意義 |
正常人為Not detected。結果為Positive則代表檢體內含有Enterovirus RNA。
